_{My entry for *Wild-Hearts 'What if' contest that closes tomorrow!

Here we see Troy and Flash, Troy is only a yearling, but strong at heart, finally pulling up the courage to confront Flash about how he mistreated Rose whilst she was in his heard, and how cowardly he really is behind his big, strong persona that he constantly conflicts upon whoever he can.

Troy pinned his ears flat against his neck as he glared with hatred towards the stallion before him, Flash's eyes danced with anger, his lips curled into a snarl as they both paced round, never leaving sight of the other.
A bitterness hung in the air, tempting to pierce what had been a warm autumn day. A tenseness seemed to crack with the long roll of distant thunder as the skies slowly began to choke the land beneath them in darkness, but still the two horses paced.
"You're a bully, a coward, you-" Troy started, but Flash bit in sharply to his words.
"You think I fear you, you little piece of filth? I could crush you in a hoofbeat, you and your useless father!"
A small snarling bark rippled from Troys lips at Flash's words, "You dare talk about my father like that. At least his heard respects him, and he earns it with pride. You have none of that..."

Ahh, at least its something, eh!? I tried to do it in *Wild-Hearts style too, which I really enjoyed! And now I think my mum hates me, because I've spent all day doing this and not doing any chores for the big day tomorrow...whoops!
